AIO400 System Board Replace
We have an AIO400 that had a bad system board. I replaced the board and put the system s/n on the new board but I am having trouble putting the system sku with the setsku utility. I looks like it should take it but when I verify the sku with the setsku command ,it says "hotkey" and "?->BAR".
HP has been little help so far.

Kevin,
I cn't help you much.
But you must set the product number, when you replace a system board!!
Failing to do so will caurse you problems.
