Command view 4.0 - where to get it??

We bought a new EVA4000 but no vcs media kit nor any OV SOM kit was included with the array. No download link for Command View 4.0 is available for non-HP engineers?? How to manage our new EVA?

did you also order T3724A Command View 4.0 Media Kit and a separate LTU (either T3725A for 1TB or T3726A for unlimited capacity per EVA)?

3x1TB LTU's were ordered and delivered - we were informed that we would be in able to download CV 4.0 so no need to pay for a physical media kit.

- the kit can be ordered but not delivered

- we are a distributor and the package is not available to partners - it is not even available internally to HPs own engineers (as of this morning).
