Command View 7 key work with Command View 8?
I got a notice recently that indicated that my organization was entitled to the Command View 8 software, so we faxed off our request and received the software in the mail. It didn't come with license key nor an order number to obtain one from the webware.hp.com site. Will the CV7 key work with CV8, or do I need to get a new key somehow?

Re: Command View 7 key work with Command View 8?
Hi Andre .... YES the license keys are excatly the same. All storage licenses is locked to the EVA, and not the management server, so there are no problems. In case of being fully bulletproof you could choose to install CV 8.0 at another machine, and then take over control of EVA. Then you can see in the license tab that theese are fully valid. And as an ekstra plus you will have all licenses beyound the purchased for 60 days. But do not worry your licenses will work perfectly in CV 8.0.
Best regards, Thomas !
