We have one EVA3000(2C2D) connected to an management server SMA II with win2000 Adv server.
We have CV 3.3, SMA 2.1
We upgraded VCS from 2.04 > 2.06 > 3.014 > 3.028 > 3.110.
then we installed CV 4.1 but when we open the CV we get an error as attached.
We have restarted the SMA,controllers, Disk enclosures, San switches but no luck.

Re: Command View Problem.
Rob,
We were able to acccess the storage with CV 3.3 itself initially,
anyways the problem is resolved when we uninsatlled 4.1.2 and installed CV.6.
