Command View XP hostagent communication pb

Hello,

We have installed command view 1.40.04 on our NT remote console and we try to deploy the HPUX 11.00 hostagent on a server connected to the XP512 the installation fails and we installed it manually on the HPUX server.
Now the processes are started on the HPUX server but when trying to get the status from deployment menu of command view we get a message saying : "ERROR : service not bound".

It seems that the NT server does not reach the host agent.

Does somebody know about this problem ?
How can we get more information about the source of the error ?
