compaq array configuration only see my array from CD and not in Windows NT

I have installed a new controller 3200 and external array,
I booted up from Smartstart CD no problems, array was picked up when running array cfg util, I configured array and saved settings as i always have. rebooted server, ran array cfg util from Windows NT and the controller is not listed. HELP
I have done this 20 times this year and this is teh first time this has happened

which version of cpqacu are you using?
