CV XP AE
Hi,
I am managing two XP24K arrays using CV XP AE v6.0. When I log on there is a message telling me to refresh the subsystem. When I try this I get an error code KAIC05601-E with description
"The RMI connection to "10.1.194.211" has failed. Check whether the specified storage subsystem type and IP address are correct, and check the network connection."
I can logon to the arrays ok using RWC so I know the networking is ok.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DJ

Re: CV XP AE
The communication with the connected array unit fails due to controller blockage, array unit failure, or disconnected LAN connection, etc., or the array unit receives a Reset/LIP from the host.
â Other applications are working concurrently and memory utilization or a CPU use rate is high.
I had faced this and I waited few mins and tried to reconnect and it worked..
