EVA has more features, flexibility, capacity and the ability to do advanced business copy and such. As such it is the most expensive.
MSA1000/1500 is more affordable, aimed at the low end and can even use less expenseive disks like SATA if you should choose.
MSA1500 with good fast scsi disks provides good performance for the dollar spent.
Which is best? It depends on what you need the storage to do and how fast you need it to do it.
