EVA 4400
Hi There
I need to update the firmware on our EVA 4400 controllers so I can expand a Vdisk above 2Tb to do this I need to install Command View 10 however we don't connect to the EVA via FC we do it by iscsi.
Is there away I can update the Command View on the Management Module? So after that I update the firmware on the EVA controller firmware to expand the Vdisk above 2Tb?
Cheers
Brett Wright

Re: EVA 4400
Hi
You can upgrade Command view on the Management module through the network
you can even connect directly from a laptop. Default address is https://192.168.0.1:2374
that is not a problem you can update the firmware directly through the management module
Regards

Re: EVA 4400
Hi,
You can refer to the XCS upgrade guides from the link : http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DocumentIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodClassId=-1&contentType=SupportManual&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=3664763
based on your version upgrades.
For CV-EVA refer to the below link : http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02523041/c02523041.pdf
