EVA disk group
Hi
we are implementing exchange 2007.
we have two disk groups. We are unable to present all vdisks from one disk group. is their a performace if they are presented from different disk groups? is it better to present all disks for an application from one disk group?
thanks

Re: EVA disk group
No, you'll get more performance if you use vdisks on two disk groups, as you'll be using more disks and the traffic to each vdisk is more independent.

Re: EVA disk group
There are white papers on best practices that provide good detail on the trade-offs for using multiple disk groups on the EVA.
