this is a fake problem i have but i need to fix it I delivered a 2.5 '' hard drive on a 3.5 '' support (583717-001) my client requests a document from HPE that the 2.5 '' HDD is identical to the 3.5 '' HDD he requested Can anyone help me

I do not think anyone can give you a document stating a 2.5'' drive is the same as 3.5".

It is correct, some 3,5" spare drives are replaced by 2,5" drives because of availability.
It depends on the spare part number.
