EVA4400 Controler Software diagnostic Failure

Hello everyone, I have a problem with an EVA4400, the two I get into operational HSV300 Soft sate Diagnostic failure.

The Firmware for HSV300 is 09,004,000 and the Command View 8.0.

Hi Juan,

This indicates that during last power up, any of controller hardware component did not get initialized correctly. Not related with Firmware.

Best is look at the log to determine which component has the issue. Sometime battery or SFP connected to Host Port also caused this error.

Otherwise, you may Power cycle the complete array to see any further failure, if still persists, get Controller Event log analyzed.
