EVA8000 Controller Firmware

Hi I've just upgraded the controller firmware on my HSV210's from 5.020 to 5.100 & I've lost
Loop 1 on the top.I've power re-cycled the controllers but they haven't come back. I've recovered them before by Power recycling.There are no Error Led's & every thing check's out.Any Idea's please.......
