By description both PN are the same. However, AJ836A is orderable from HP Partsurfer. You can order the corresponding spare part # 491026-001 (Cable - Fiber Channel (FC), LC/LC, 5m (16.4ft) long, multi-mode, OM3 50/125 UM, 10GB)
