Firmware upgrade failure

While upgrading a 221 to the most current version, the process failed. A message came up saying the programming was unsuccessful. Now the system can't see the array. What are my options?

Replace the controller... The trick to do when something like this happens is NOT to exit the ROMPaq utility until you have tried the update one more time. If it fails the first time, it MAY work the second. If you do exit, the controller is most likely not going to work again.
