Hardware Blue Screen
I have a Smart Array 431 Controller in a DL580 and DL380, all running Windows NT. All are configured with mirrored 18GB Ultra3SCSI drives. The problem is a get a two line blue screen indicating loss of access to drives. This is a reoccurring problem on all six machines I have this setup on. I need help.

What - exactly - does that blue screen say (there should be an error code and usually a driver name)?

I had the same issue with my 431 on firmware version 1.02. I updated it to version 1.18 and have not had any issues so far. That is quite a jump from 1.02 to 1.18...I wonder how many bugs were fixed?
