hp Array controller

Hi,

I have IBM x226 Server which as already installed with IBM Raid controller.
I need to increase the storage size so i purchased Hp Storage Array which comes with Smart Array 6400 controller to communicate with IBM server.

If i install the card in IBM server & boot the server it says "Operating system not found"

Is there any options where i can use both IBM raid controller & hp Array controller?

Please suggest... Looking forward for you support...

Hi Bala,

On Proliant Server's we have an Option to Check the Boot Controller Order in the BIOS by pressing F9.

Please Check the BIOS on your IBM server and change the Boot Controller Order accordingly.

I am not sure with the BIOS options on IBM server's.
