Hi,

I would like to know what are the softwares used to manage, troubleshoot, configure the EVA 4100 storage systems. The Hosts are all Windows. It would be appreciated if provided with any pdf/ppt documents/link.

Yes, Command View is used to manage EVA arrays. Additionally, there are software products whose purpose is monitoring, error detection and automatic failure reporting which also run on the management server. These are called WEBES and ISEE (currently being replaced by IRS - Insight Remote Support).

One more software that is used for automatic configuration data gathering is called HPCC - HP Configuration Collector.
