HP SURESTORE E DISK ARRAY 12 H

Hai

We are having 2 controllers.In that X controller got failed.So we replaced the controller with same firmware but, while initialize its giving controller y failed or automatically reinitializing.What could be the problem.Pls help me.

hi,

the only common area that could be possible is the backplane of the 12h disk array.
