Increasing Drive Capacity

We have replaced our 3 9.1G drives with 3 18G drives. How do I access the new space from within CO? I would prefer to add it to my current logical drive. But if that is not possible adding another logical drive will be k.

In the future we will have to add additional physical drives. How can they be added to the current logical drive?
