Logical Drive Delete greyed out

One of our Admins at another size replaced some drives in a server this weekend. Instead of deleting the old raid set, powering down the server, installing the 3 new drives (which are bigger) and recreating the new raid set he failed the old drives, removed and powered down, Installed new drives and used the Netraid wizard to create a new raid set. Now we have this logical drive out there ghosting. I remoted in to the server and tried deleting the old ghosted logical drive. The option is greyed out. Any one have any ideas on how to get ride of this?
