Re: MA8000 with Controller HSG80 Error
if you've got an hp contract place a call now and get your batteries and failed disks replaced before any more wheels come off. perhaps some closer monitoring of your storage would help . have you run fmu and checked the recent errors ?

Re: MA8000 with Controller HSG80 Error
You need new batteries, new disk drives and somebody qualified to replace the parts.

Re: MA8000 with Controller HSG80 Error
DELETE FAILEDSETS DISK20200
ADD SPARESETS disk-name
Do one at a time and let the unit sort itself out.
as for the battery issue, I've at least one customer who has been ignoring this message for at least a year and has had 10 disks enter the failedset, only 4 were really dead and all data was recovered so don't despair just yet ;-)
