management agent events

Customer want to know the meaning the mangement agent events on eva command view.
for example:30234, see the attachment, it has no content displayed, how can I get the contect of each specail code??I can't find this in SAW.

Hi,

No idea, but if you've got access to SAW then I suspect you may be able to get access to Navigator.

Get the management agent logs from the customer loaded into that and see what it says.
