mpx100b Maintenace Mode?

I am trying to install a pair of mpx100b's along with an EVA 4400. One of them powers up with a SOLID Hearbeat LED. I looked that up and it appears to be in Maintenance Mode but I haven't found any documentation on how to get it OUT of maintenance mode.

Have you tried to reset it to factory defaults?
Use a pointed non metallic tool to brieï¬ y press the Maintenance button. Release the button after twenty seconds(observe twenty ï¬ ashes of the Heartbeat LED)
