MSA 1000 and RAID
I have a MSA1000 and 05 servers connected with SW 2/8. I'd like to know how can I dynamically change de size of my volume, i.e. increase or reduce de size of the volumes, without making operantion of backup and restore.

Re: MSA 1000 and RAID
Marcelo,
You can always grow a volume online in the ACU by adding disks and extending the volume. Then use a utility like diskpart.exe to extend your partitions. You can not reduce a volume without deleting it and restoring it from backup. Only expansion is an option.
Ciao,
Greg
