0006C8A4 This is the time of the event, since the controller was booted.
The rest of the numbers, represent the event message. Redundant operation state change means you had a controller failover.

Actually, the MSA counts tics. 10 tics = 1 second.
The latest MSA FW, breaks this down to d:h:m:s.
