msa2000sa with SSD drives?
I'm trying to figure out what the highest performance cost effective storage I could directly attach to the c7000 enclosure is. I'm considering an MDS600 because it can hold so many drives, but I started to think... wouldn't the performance of an msa2000sa loaded with 24 SSDs be faster? SSDs only come in 2.5" sizes so putting SSDs in the MDS600 doesn't seem like it would be practical. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Re: msa2000sa with SSD drives?
I saw an article on Mellanox's site about a configuration that used SB40C w/ SSDs for the high performance databases and MDS600 archival storage. Maybe that would be the best route to take given we plan to use SanMelody to turn this into a high performance iSCSI SAN. Any thoughts?
