ProLiant 6400R Array Config

Folks,
Can anyone please tell me how to configure the smart array controller on a proliant 6400r server..... after running a SysErase ? i have removed all the partition and the earlier array config's,
I tried running the SCU from the diskettes but it wont prompt for the 3rd and the 4th diskettes...
i downloaded the ACU from the compaq website but it is a windows based utility and i do not have anything OS installed on the server

any ideas? thanks
