Rack Storage 8

I have an existing RAID w/ 1 rack storage 8 in a split bus config. I would like to know if I can cascade a second rack storage 8 unit (also in split bus config, with switches set to non-duplicate SCSI IDs) off of the existing unit, and expand the RAID in that manner.
