Here is info on the 4Si RAID card:
http://www.hp.com/products1/unixserverconnectivity/storagesnf2/adapter14/infolibrary/
IRM appears to be a function of Ignite/UX. Check out:
http://www.software.hp.com/RELEASES-MEDIA/latest/osoe/110/1202.htm
(search for IRM, and you will find it after a couple of fIRMware finds...)
Regards, --bmr

Just hit the "Receive for Free" button at the bottom, fill out the form, and download away.
I haven't been able to find a printed manual for the IRM, but I can email you copies of our web pages that tell how to use it. Email me at vince.fleming@hp.com and I'll send them to you.
Good luck,
Vince

Re: RAID 4Si and DS2300
The configuration of RAID 0/1, or RAID 10 as we call it, is a little tricky. Using IRM, you will have to create three "arrays" of two disks each, and choose the SPAN option. The manual describes how to do this -- the trick is not to hit the ENTER key twice until you get all three of them configured.
