RAID 4Si and DS2300

Now I will install a rp5430 server with a RAID 4Si PCI card and a DS2300 storage with dual BCC card. The server's OS version is 11i. There are six hard disks in DS2300 storage, three of then were inserted into 1,2,3 slots and other three were inserted into 8,9,10 slots. I want to set RAID0/1 of these six hard disks and set DS2300 to work in splits bus mode. Who could tell me how to connect the DS2300 to the RAID 4Si Card and how to configure RAID(I know there is a tool called IRM bundled in HPUX 11i that can configure RAID, who can tell me how to download the manual about IRM)? Thanks!

IRM appears to be a function of Ignite/UX. Check out:

Since you have set the DS2300 in split-bus mode, you can connect two ports of the RAID 4Si to the DS2300 -- one cable for each bus.

The configuration of RAID 0/1, or RAID 10 as we call it, is a little tricky. Using IRM, you will have to create three "arrays" of two disks each, and choose the SPAN option. The manual describes how to do this -- the trick is not to hit the ENTER key twice until you get all three of them configured.
