Replace disk in KZPCC caused system hang

Hi,

We encounter this problem and need some advise.

One BA shelf with disks configured as raidset and this shelf is connected to a KZPCC in a Alpha system running on Tru64 Unix.

When we tried to replace one failed disk online, the system hung.
We have replaced failed disk online before with no problem.

Any advise will be very much appreciated.
