Replication Solutions Manager CLUI script and Windows rescan

How can I get Windows 2003 server to rescan its drives immediately after a snapshot is mounted via RSM clui batch file? I'm familiar with the 'diskpart rescan' command but attaching it to the clui batch file isn't working. Anyone else doing this?

There is a windows utility called Devcon you could try
