RepMgr error communicating with DevMgr

After installing RepMgr 6.1, DevMgr 6.1, DevMgrAgent 6.1 and RAIDMgr, we cannot get our first SnapPair to complete successfully for our XP24000.

The error from the failed RepMgr task is:
[RPM-03320] An attempt to call the Device Manager agent function has failed. (Agent error message = The ConfigFile could not be modified., command error message = Can not resolve PORT for the device(#18639:4128).)
