SA641 vs SA6402

We're trying to cut costs and I'm not sure how much we need the BBWC or extra 64MB Ram advantage of the SA6402 over the SA641. In general, under what circumstances are these advantages really needed to warrant purchase of the more expensive SA6402? Thank you.
