Can I remove this product ?
Thanks for help,

Re: San Manager Host Agent
The SAN Manager host agent is the background daemon that allows communication with Command View XP. I believe this host agent is part of the Command View package and necessary for communication and remote management of the array.

Re: San Manager Host Agent
Mostly, it supplies the host /dev/rdsk/c?t?d? to LDEV mapping that appears in CV. It's nice to have, but not required for operation of the array or hosts attached to it.
I would leave it in place, if it's not causing any trouble on your host.
Good luck!
