Secondry MSA 1500 Storage

We have two MSA1500 Storage, one is in production site and one on the DR site. On the production site MSA1500 Storage with MSA30 Enclosure on which 2 node Exchange Cluster Win 2003 Server is configured. and we have to make the Dr site storage the secondry controller.

I need help that how we can make the DR site MSA 1500 controller as a secondry controller as if the primary storage is down the secondry storage take over.

We also have HPOV Storage mirrioring software.

Kindly help me out in this regards
