Split two cascaded MSA60 enclosures
Greetings to all the fellow Enterprise Business Community members.
We’ve got two MSA60 enclosures (cascaded) connected to a single server, configured as two separate RAID 5 arrays. We need to split them, disconnect from that server, and transfer both of them to two different new servers.
How do we do that without losing the data? Is it possible to just reconfigure, or rebuild an array on a new server, and have all the files available and intact?
Any advice, on how to do that, will be very much appreciated.
