Start the SNMP commandview sdm subAgent ERROR

After starting HP SNMP Master Agent by command "snmpd",all the other SNMP SubAgents start successfully but HP commandview sdm subAgent failed, just show the msg:
Exit Code: 1
------ERROR:Failed to start subAgent

who can tell me the possible reasons?
