Transplant array (Smart Array 3200)

Hi,
I have a Proliant 1600 w/ Netware 5.1. The server has a hardware problem. I have a spare 1600 server that I'd like to move my array to. Is this as simple as taking the card/drives out of the one server, and putting them into the new server and turning the server on? If not, can anyone give me the steps necessary to do this?
