Where can I get HP18 or 19 firmware for a va7100?

Thanks John. For some reason the link to the firmware/software portal does not work. I had found it earlier today at the exact same web page you gave me, but it didn't work then, or now.

The other link you gave allows me to download the SDM software (1.07) but it does not have links to the firmware.

I am sorry but the firmware of the VA7100 is not customer downloadable and installabel.
The WEB site mentioned above is HP internal only.

The upgrade of controller FW has to be done by HP personnel only.
You will need to place a call and request the FW to be updated to HP19 which is the latest!

And I would always recommend doing a backup before updating the firmware, just to be 100% safe, before the HP tech arrives.
