A3352A disk - firmware upgrade

Hi,
i'm looking for the way to upgrade the firmware of a A3352A disk (ST34573N) to HP14 ?
Where can I find the HP14 patch ?

Usually all enterprise class disk firmwares are available from ITRC's individual firmware disk patch search, but I can not find this one for your disk. This means that most probably you will need to call HP and obtain firmware from HP technician or have this technician onsite to upgrade your disks
