DS2100 and RAID controller

Can someone suggest what would be a good RAID controller for a DS2100 on a windows based server with PCI slots

We would suggest the new Ultra320 controllers available. Matching e4 U320 drives to an e4 U320 controller we have found to be a good upgrade path when you are not locked into existing older tech hardware.
