FDD Failures

A couple of years agao HP had an item on thier site about Samsung FDD's having a design fault. I did have a had copy of the page at the time but not any more.
I have searched high and low for the item on thier site but it seems to have dissapeared.
Does anyone remeber this and/or have a link to or a copy of the page.I brought this to my bosses attention at the time but was ignored. now we have hundreds of this fdd's failing.
I would be greatfull for any help in finding this.

Wayne, I did a quick search and didn't find anything. If you could, please post with the model number of the server and the FDD involved, it'll help to refine the search.
