HP Pavilion 8665c
When powered on after installing a second hard drive (Western Digital 80gb), this computer reboots before you can run fdisk. Any idea what we are doing wrong?

Re: HP Pavilion 8665c
You may want to be more specific.
can you get into the BIOS?
Do you see anything on the screen before the system resets?

Re: HP Pavilion 8665c
I'm 100% positive that you haf Windows Xp. Am i correct? Well, Right-click on My Computer on the Desktop and click on properties. Click on the Advanced Tab. Under Startup and Recovery, click settings. Under system failure, uncheck automatically restart. Restart your computer and see what happens. If you have anymore questions Email me at Smartaznboy@yahoo.com. Please tell me who u r or waht is ur problem so that i can help u out.
Hope this helps.
