Please someone tell me how can i identify the sas hard disk is SP or DP without looking on the lable ????

AFAIK there is no way to identify a SP oder DP drive. The connector is the same.

Disc Model info
Hi the model number is required for these discs, or at least the disc spare number that has this format 1234556 -001, this is on the front of the disc
but The model number you can get remotely by going in to Hp tools and the array diagnostic utility , and on to the array controller , and onto the physical disc a model number it has this type of format BF14684970 ,when here you can press control f to get a search box open , just type the word Model in there to help with the search
now get model number and look up disk on hp.com
you will see relevant info goodluck::
