Max boot Partition

Creating a Max Boot Partition, i've created the logical drive with 63 sectors when creating the stripe set when using the RAID software.
NT see's the 7999Mb Partition. But it doesn't work, cos it's still trying to format with FAT first, How do you get past this? i ran a Manual install instead of assisted install from Smart Start as that has TS4 install. Help???

What "RAID software" are you talking about? What controller? NT's absolute maximum is around 7.8GB (a bit less than what you listed) on the first partition...
