Restore CD

Can I get a copy of this shipped to me? Or do I have to do random tasks, pay 30 bucks, and be really really nice so the gods at Compaq consider me for getting another restore CD? I need a new one fast. This message didn't fit anywhere else because the categorizing here is awful, by the way...
