SCSI Errors

Does anybody know what this error means:

This error appears when you have a disk that is failing. It's giving you a "Hardware Error". The error may be serious enough that it could corrupt the filesystem.

Do you see other errors in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log or dmesg? Or do you see further into the error where it might indicate which disk is reporting these?
