We are truly astonished by the level of negligence and disorganization demonstrated by HPE throughout this process. This experience will undoubtedly be shared across IT communities to caution others against engaging with HPE.

First, a defective server was delivered—clearly without proper quality checks. Now, HPE are unable to even track the replacement shipment. This is unacceptable.
