email when someone replies to a post

Hi guys,

Not sure how to select that, i need to get an email if some one replies to my post, it's hard for me to check each and evry thread every time. Help please

You need to subscribe to either a topic or post.

Subscribing to topics is on the top left under Topic Options > Subscribe.

Subscribing to posts is on the post's Options > Subscribe.

Or if you want to subscribe to all of your topics, you can select on a board:
User Preferences > My Preferences > Subscriptions & Bookmarks and select:

Automatically subscribe me to topics I participate in
